Need to send lead notifications to more than one agent? Follow these quick steps to set up team routing like a pro!
1️⃣ Go to Manage Profile – From your dashboard home screen, click on "Manage Profile."
2️⃣ Edit the Listing Owner – Find the listing you want to update, then click "Edit."
3️⃣ Select Team Routing Options – In the upper right-hand corner, click on "Team Routing Options."
4️⃣ Assign Agents –
- If you need to update routing for a single agent, use the dropdown menu to select a new one.
- If you want to route leads to multiple agents, click "Setup Simul-Ring."
5️⃣ Customize & Save – Select all agents who should receive calls for this listing. You can even name the group for easy setup in the future!
And that's it! Now your team is set up to receive leads efficiently. ✅
