VoicePad- Adding a Listing to Your Curbside Lead Generation Dashboard for our Single Agent Customers

Getting your listing set up is quick and easy! Just follow these steps:

1️⃣ Log in to VoicePad.com with your admin credentials.
2️⃣ Click the green "+ New Presentation" button to start a new listing.
3️⃣ Assign the listing to the correct Agent and click OK.
4️⃣ Select Real Estate as the category.
5️⃣ Choose Residential and click Select.
6️⃣ Indicate if the property is For Sale or For Rent, then hit Select.
7️⃣ We highly recommend letting Eve, the automated attendant, describe the property—just click Select to let her do the talking! 🤖🎙️
8️⃣ Fill in the listing details—but don’t overdo it! Stick to the most important features so buyers stay interested. This is what they’ll hear while waiting to speak with you!
9️⃣ On the Pricing screen, enter the listing price. Pro tip: Consider leaving it out of the presentation so buyers have a reason to call you! 📞 You can also add any extra details here that weren’t covered in previous steps.
🔟 Upload photos on the next page—then save your changes! 📸✅

That’s it! Once you're done, you'll be taken back to your dashboard, and your listing will be live. 🎉
